... was very low-key. We stayed home, bbq'd hamburgers, ate homemade potato salad (yum), did fireworks out front, roasted marshmallows and
Shawn drank brandy and smoked a cigar around the fire pit.
A really nice way to spend the day.

Kale truly enjoys all things fire related. He and Shawn were in charge of lighting the fireworks.
Kale lighting 10 sparklers at once. He claimed the wind and the fact that they were from last year was making it difficult to light. I guess it could be true.
