Here we go. We went to Great America on Tuesday, 7/7/08. We had a great time! The park was dead. I really don't know how they stay open, but we love it there. The kids rode everything they wanted to ride, without any kind of a wait, and then rode several things more than once.

This is called Survivor (like the TV show). This is new from the last time we were there. We were surprised that the girls were willing to go on it. As you can (sort of) see ... the ride travels along this whoopdee doo type track, while the circular thing spins around. It's not super fast, but it does the trick!

This is called Delirium. It's almost identical to a ride at Knott's Berry Farm. Bailey actually rode it at Knott's but I couldn't convince her to go on this one.

We took the little tram-thing across the park. Wow. It's been a while since I've been on one of those. And I have to say ... I was not liking it at all. Shawn just giggled at me the entire time. It was a really awful feeling being up that high, and then as we passed other people going the other way actually swinging theirs ... I thought they must have lost their minds. Haha. I did like this picture I took of Shawn (trying to keep myself occupied).
I will post the rest of our pictures on Picasa for you all to see.

I am gonna have to go to Great America one of these times when I visit - obviously, not this coming time, haha. It looks like a lot of fun. Resembles something like Knotts Berry Farm!
Glad you guys had a great time! It's always great to do things as a family! :)
