No Strings Attached.

Wow, what a fun filled two days. Of course, it has been many months (since September, to be exact) of preparation. Thursday and Friday the kids were finally able to show off all their hard work. Thursday night, I worked back stage, and Shawn and the boys helped with the props. It was so fun to have all of us there, and the boys actually had a good time!

Getting her make-up put on.

Bailey is a marionette and Lauren is a school child.

I love, love, love her costume! So cute and unique.

Ridge and Bailey

Back stage. Yes, they were being goofy (half the fun). They kept saying they were going to do something funny, while on stage placing props (they never did ... chickens!)

Thursday night ... me and Shawn back stage.

Friday night: we got to watch the performance.
Grandma and Grandpa Butler also came into town to watch it.

The marionettes come to life for their dance.

I mean seriously ... how cute and creative are these costumes?
The strings and harnesses, while terribly uncomfortable for them to wear (poor girls),
were just amazing.
Taking their final bow. I think Bailey was sad to have it all end.

Hi Guys,
How GREAT the costumes look. Looks like a major production. Bailey looks so cute. Maybe you have a future actress on your hands.
