I have some serious catching up to do - April 2010 Edition

Way way back in late March/early April ... Nathan, Jodie and Nicholas came to visit. As usual, we just feel so happy and blessed that they are willing to make the long drive to visit us! We kept it pretty low-key, but thoroughly enjoyed their company just hanging out during Spring Break.
We ate at Cha-Cha's for Mexican food. Good stuff. Not sure where Kale was? I guess it just goes to show ... I need to blog right as things happen, or forget it ... my mind is a blank.

Their visit wouldn't be complete without the firepit, and cognac and cigars (for Shawn and Nathan). It doesn't matter how cold it it, the firepit is a must!

We took a drive up to Roy and Joan's so they could finally see their amazing house. Joan cooked a fabulous lunch for us and we had a great visit.

Easter morning ... we went to Tiff and Buzz's for a wonderful day! They BBQ'd tri-tip and we all brought lots of potluck type items to finish off the meal.

I'm trying to remember what else we did?? We went to the movies. Afterwards we ate at Mikuni for Japanese food. Gosh ... what else?? Jodie colored my hair (thanks so much!) And she cut Shawn's, Kale's and Bailey's (triple thanks). Austen passed on a haircut. Haha. I know there was more, so if I remember (don't hold your breath), I'll have to edit this post.
