Kale has officially started weight training, and speed/agility training at the high school for football. Although you can't tell from the picture (keep in mind it was 6:30-ish on a summer morning), he seems pretty happy about the whole thing. Now, I'm sure he'll see some decent results, and probably pretty quickly. I just hope his head stays a decent size. Know what I'm saying?
